Preparation:
Layer chicken in
shallow pan. Sprinkle with garlic and pour lime juice over all.
Refrigerate up to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Cut beef into 1 1/2
inch cubes and uncooked sausages into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Thread chicken
onto a skewer, beef onto another, sausages onto another and mushrooms
onto a separate skewer. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Brush skewered meats and mushrooms with vegetable oil and grill over
medium heat, turning frequently, until done, about 8-10 minutes. Place
on serving platter and remove skewers. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve
with salsa to spoon over.
