Grilled Portaburgers A Summertime Treat
 

Grilled Portaburgers!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp crushed basil
  • 4 tbsp ready-to-use crushed garlic or fresh garlic puree
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 Monterey Portabella Mushroom Caps
Measure first five ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Quickly rinse Portabella Mushroom Caps in cold water and pat dry. Place Portabellas in the marinade, gill side up. Spoon marinade into caps and let stand for 5-15 minutes. Shaking off excess marinade, grill Portabella Caps to taste - approximately 10 minutes per side. Place grilled Portabellas on burger buns and serve with favorite condiments.
